Credentials — what you can verify about us

Most websites in the AI / automation space front-load with testimonials and client logos. We don't, because we don't have the assets we'd need to publish them honestly — and we'd rather be a small page of verifiable facts than a glossy page of unverifiable claims.

Honest framing: Some of what an established agency typically publishes (testimonials, client logos, partner certifications) we don't yet have. This page lists what we do have — all independently verifiable — and explains transparently what's missing and why.

Verifiable facts

Everything in this section can be confirmed by you, without our involvement, in less than 5 minutes.

What we don't (yet) have — transparently

An honest list of trust signals we'd show if we had them. Most of these accumulate naturally as we work with more clients. We'd rather you know what's missing than discover it later.

No Google reviews yet

Our Google Business Profile is set up but new enough that no client reviews have been left yet. We don't pretend we have stars we haven't earned.

As real work ships, real reviews will appear on the GBP listing — not on this page where they'd be easier to fake.

Worked with us? An honest Google review — good or bad — helps more than anything: Leave a Google review

No client logos or named case studies

Most of our work is recent enough that we don't yet have permission-cleared client names to publish, and we won't publish names without permission. The case studies on the site are deliberately labelled illustrative:

Each is clearly labelled as a representative engagement pattern, not a specific past client.

No partner certifications or awards

No AWS Partner Network status (yet), no Google Cloud Partner badge, no Cyber Essentials certificate, no industry awards.

These take 6–18 months to acquire and don't make our work better in the short term. We'd rather invest the time in client work and earn them organically.

No video testimonials

Video testimonials feel manufactured even when they aren't. We'd rather link you to real LinkedIn recommendations or real Google reviews when they exist.

How trust gets built going forward

If you become a client, here's the path that turns your engagement into a verifiable trust signal others can see:

  1. Project ships. You see the engineering, the documentation, the handover. That's the first signal: did we deliver what we promised?
  2. You decide what's public. Some clients are happy to be named (and we ask). Others prefer anonymity. We respect either choice.
  3. Real review when (and if) you want. A one-tap link to leave a Google review on our GBP. No pressure, no incentive, no template provided. Just an ask.
  4. LinkedIn recommendation if appropriate. For longer-term retainers or larger projects, public LinkedIn recommendations carry the most weight.

Over time the “what we don't have yet” section above gets smaller, and the “verifiable facts” section gets larger. Real trust earned the slow way.

Existing clients: leaving a review

If we've worked together and you're happy with the result, a Google review is the most valuable thing you can do for the practice. Two minutes of your time, lasting impact.
